LIVIA DICE: A cake you’ll be making all the time

 


Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 dl of oil
- 2 dl of milk
- 200 g of flour
- baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa

File:

- 1 liter of milk
- 200 g of sugar
- 7 tablespoons of semolina
- 200 g of coconut flour

Preparation:
Whisk the balance into solid snow, gradually adding sugar. Then add the egg yolks one by one, stirring constantly. Pour oil and milk, add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Stir with a food processor to obtain a uniform mixture.
Pour half into a greased pan, then bake for a few minutes until the crust is lightly set. It's time to prepare the filling. Pour the milk into the sherpa, before it starts to boil, add the semolina and stir until it thickens. Then mix in the sugar and coconut flour.
Pour the prepared filling over the half-baked dough, flatten and cover with the other half of the dough. Return to the oven and bake until the top crust is browned. Decoration as desired.
